Robotics Support Engineer
Toronto, ON
Provide remote/onsite hyper-care support after implementation, such as hardware, software and network troubleshooting and system firmware upgrade.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the implementation to take over the knowledge from the implementation team.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
Test Automation Engineer

Establishing / refining an automation test strategy and plan for a platform comprising of various APls, mobile and web applications.
Continuously create and integrate automated test suites with development pipeline thereby enhancing the automation framework as well as expanding the automation coverage.
